Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she stopped the sport of gymnastics. She won her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows as a teenager. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from stage work following the award of her Pro card in order to finish the college. In 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel completed her first six years of competition to get her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show saw her finish at third. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in The Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no goals. She was happy by her performance. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel's favorite body part to train includes her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving on to working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
